This is a 5+2-step process to reach community development.  This is not intended to be an instant result breaker.  It takes some time.  The participant community will walk through this steps.

1. Change your way of thinking, to change your way of living: Principles and values transmission stage.
2. What do you want?: Identify the real and tangible objective, to reach self-sustainable and holistic development.
3. What do you have?: Identify talents, goods, tools, services, capacities, materials, etc. inside the community to make them produce in their full potential.
4. How are we going to achieve that?: Creating and implementing transformation strategies stage.
5. Lets add: Carrying out the transformation strategy, under supervision and support from the 5 + 2 team.
6. How much was it?: Results evaluation stage, which is repeated all the necessary times to reach the objective.
7. It’s your turn to add up: Community project to help other ones to develop.

All of these steps are being meticulously designed and developed (in final stages) by a group of guatemalan volunteers that have the cultural knowledge and technical skills to approach the most efficient way to generate hollistic development of communities using the 5 + 2 Process.
